ABOUT ME
Born in Istanbul, Turkey, Hasan Ozkan.
I began my journey as a competitive swimmer in Turkey, where I won national titles in the 50m and 100m freestyle. Years later, a basketball injury led to three knee surgeries—an experience that completely reshaped my approach to fitness. Going through multiple recovery processes taught me the importance of movement quality, posture, and injury prevention.
Motivated to understand the human body better, I earned a degree in Sports Science from Marmara University and became a certified personal trainer. Over the past 12 years, I’ve coached clients in both Istanbul and New York, helping them build strength, lose fat, and move without pain.
Today, I specialize in helping adults build muscle, improve mobility, and enhance movement quality. By correcting posture, addressing muscle imbalances, and offering personalized nutrition guidance, my programs help clients train safely and effectively, maximizing results and long-term performance.
Through my app, I now offer coaching worldwide—providing custom workout plans, nutrition guidance, and ongoing support to help you reach your goals, no matter where you are.

Hasan is unlike many trainers. He is professionally trained himself, and is totally focused on personal training versus doing it as a side job. Also Hasan really understands how to customise his training to my goals. I’m a back country skier and we work on specific areas such as agility and balance. And finally he is fun to work with! Highly recommended.
Hasan is great to work with. He knows exactly how hard he should push you and makes sure your form is correct for every exercise. Inam always very tired but not exhausted. I have only been working with him for 3 weeks (6 sessions), and I am feeling more energetic, stronger, and more flexible.
